Spider Hoodies ships with trusted carriers including DHL, FedEx, USPS and UPS. Once your order leaves the warehouse you receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

Spider Hoodies offers a 30-day return period. If you are not satisfied with an eligible item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery — email [email protected] to start a return.

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Email [email protected] with your order details as soon as possible; after 12 hours the order is processed for shipment and can no longer be cancelled.
